Within the serpentine veins of the Hualien mountains,
stone has long been extracted and shaped for use in architecture and built environments.

Founded in 2019, VERDE is a design extension of Santai Marble,
exploring another possibility—how these materials from the quarry can move
beyond construction,and become part of everyday life.

Working exclusively with Taiwanese serpentine sourced by Santai,
VERDE preserves the stone’s natural texture and organic patterns,
transforming it into quiet,contemporary objects through a refined design language.

From quarry to living space,

we reintroduce this architectural material into daily life in a more subtle and intimate way.
